Empowered Teams LLC, now Quantre Solutions, was founded in 2007 by Scott Mulkey. Since 2007, Quantre Solutions has become a highly respected global industry consulting organization with an impressive list of customers, business partnerships, and a portfolio of solutions for service providers supporting clients’ customer communications management processes.
In 2007 Scott entered the industry consulting field to bring his experience and methodologies to service providers seeking to modernize their operations and customer communications management business processes. Scott’s first professional mentor taught the value of empowering teams to develop solutions to customers’ business challenges. When Scott joined Docucorp International’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division as the operations manager, he empowered the operations teams to optimize operational processes, resource management, and Docucorp’s Automated Document Factory solution called Job Tracker. Under Scott’s management leadership, the Docucorp outsourcing division grew to represent 40% of the company’s revenue before the acquisition by Skywire Software in 2007. In 2008 Skywire Software was acquired by Oracle, and Kubra Data Transfer acquired the BPO division. After the Skywire acquisition, BPO management recognized that the proximity of the two east coast facilities would lead to the consolidation of BPO operations and the closing of the Atlanta, Georgia, location.
Quantre Solutions provides customer communications management consulting and professional services support utilizing the latest industry strategies and methodologies. Quantre’s consulting credentials include designing and modernizing CCM workflow solutions and rationalizing communications, forms, and touchpoint content to deliver an optimized customer journey experience. Quantre’s operational production experience includes designing and modernizing Automated Document Factory (ADF) solutions automating customer service and production processes to mitigate risks and drive down operating costs.
